All of our training programmes are developed from first principles and as most are presented in-house for our clients, the content can be tailored to meet the specific needs of their staff. Some of our most popular workshops are ‘Stressproofing’, The Psychology of Management, Teambuilding, Embedding a Culture of Safety, and Advanced Interviewing.
The usual cost of a one-day, in-house training workshop is $3,250 plus GST (or $6,250 for two-day programmes). We also present shorter sessions and keynote addresses. In addition, individual places are available on a number of our workshops hosted by organisations such as HRINZ and Conferenz/ BrightStar (see their websites for details).
We work with organisations seeking an unbiased and totally independent assessment of candidates for jobs at all levels, but with a particular focus on management roles.
The cost of a full assessment is $1,500 plus GST which covers on-line testing, interviewing, and both verbal and written feedback including, if appropriate, recommendations for ongoing management.
Assessment work has always been an area of special interest to Keith McGregor and he has been involved in the development of a number of psychometric testing tools (Selector PA, Career Step, ePAS).
Also, as an aside, of the numerous newspaper and magazine articles Keith has both written and contributed to over the years, interviewing in all its various forms is the topic he has been most frequently asked to comment on.
